Are you vegan kidding me - Day 1

Today, I went vegan (diet only - I have said it before and I will say it again - I am not giving up my Coach purses or wallets).  My menu included:

• Orange Juice

• Salad with beans, hummus, garbanzo beans, carrots, olives, cucumbers, sunflower seeds topped with balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.  I actually put hot sauce on the hummus - interesting flavor.

• Baked sweet potato with cinnamon - earth balance butter

• Mini croissant

• 3 Oatmeal raisin cookies

I felt like I had more energy and I played 3 songs of Just Dance II with Kennedy and didn't have the urge to yell at Derrick.  I talked calmly to him and nothing irritated me.

When it was time for bed - I wasn't overly exhausted - but I turned on the news to check the weather and suckered into some horribly fake movie called Shoot 'em Up with Clive Owen and Paul Giamatti (both who have done much better work).
